Tropical Depression Three has formed in the Gulf of Mexico and is now predicted to turn into a tropical storm within the next few hours, before making landfall in Florida. The NHC has issued a tropical storm warning for a part of Florida. The storm is predicted to turn northeast and move along the southeast coast of the US for a while before moving out into the Atlantic without weakening. Currently, the depression is not forecast to turn into a hurricane.
