Quite a bit of rain has fallen in Germany over the past 24 hours, the current data shows. Especially along the Alps and the west side of the mountains in central Germany. There is a possibility for local flooding, especially along small rivers. Because of the weather situation, flood warnings have been issued for Baden-Württemberg, Brandenburg, Hessen, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Sachsen-Anhalt and Thüringen.
Increased water levels have been reported from Hessen, Baden-Württemberg and Bayern.
